My name is Catherine (29). I recently bought a home in Tempe (essentially S Scottsdale) and am looking for a kind & considerate roommate. I have a single bedroom available, it can come furnished with a queen bed, lamp and side table if desired.

About me: I am a jewelry designer at The Silver Wren. I work 9-5 M-F and am clean & quiet. I have a 7 year old Cavalier named Floki. He’s an old man but enjoys canine & feline company! He goes to daycare when I’m at work and usually accompanies me everywhere, unless I’m going out to dinner/drinks with friends on the weekends. In my free time I like to craft or watch a show in the evenings. I enjoy nature and photography. 🌵🌅

Ideally, I’d like to live with a single woman who is on the same wavelength. We respect each other’s space and time, and clean up after ourselves / pets. I am dating but do not have a partner so maybe we could take our dogs to breweries and man-hunt together if you’re in the same boat. I enjoy company but like to recharge my batteries, so I’m comfortable coming from work, doing our own things and if we’re feeling it, having a beer and watching the bachelor, newest Netflix etc some nights.
