Beautiful home in the westside of town, two miles north of Garden of the gods Park.

Basement room has queen sized bed, dresser, two wardrobes, tv with roku, and a work desk. Basement bathroom is shared with one other room. Current tenant is young man in his twenties that works overnights.

Home has two small, friendly dogs, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, great room with reading area, dart board, and large tv, dining area, & fenced backyard with deck and patio swing.

This is a zero scent, non smoking home. Owner requires background check and refundable security deposit.

House manager lives on top floor. Two more rooms on top floor are Airbnb. Two adorable pups.
