It’s a 950sqft apartment, two bed and two bath with a full kitchen and large living room. Apartment is within walking distance of food and a grocery store and parking is always easy to find. Right next to a dog park and about 2 miles from the beach. If planning to stay past 6 months, rent will increase to $1750! That’s when I stop contributing to the rent.
