Large house with laundry available as well as the kitchen and living room. 6-month minimum, month-to-month basis after that with a 15-day notice required. The main house currently has 2 females and 1 male in it. You will be sharing a bathroom with one male and one female.

$45 background/credit/eviction check at your expense. First months rent ($995) and deposit ($700) to move in. Monthly income of $2800 required.
