AVAILABLE *** 100% Private Entrance with it’s own bathroom. It’s a fairly large furnished room, TV and a spacious closet, utilities included. A quiet, clean place where there is No drama; you are responsible for maintaining your personal space nice and clean. FT job is required and must show proof. Close to Tradition, accessible to I95, Turnpike and plenty of stores and restaurants, but still a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to Becker and/or Gatlin Blvd. 1st and last month required.

I would appreciate a Responsible, mature, and respectful person, that wants a nice place to rest, and has no problem following simple rules like: No guests/no sleep overs, No drugs, alcohol or pets, No Smoking of any kind.
