The unit has a dishwasher and private laundry machines in the garage. A garage parking spot is available for an additional $300 per month.

The listed rent price includes Water, Internet, and trash collection. The PGE bill (electric/gas) varies with use monthly and will be split evenly.

My name is Ray, I am a professional in my late 20’s working remotely while also attending grad school part-time. I am a San Francisco Bay Area native and have lived in this unit for 2.5 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am quite social and enjoy going out and filling my time with activities outside of the house, but I do also enjoy my recharge time at home. I don’t mind temporary messes in common spaces but I am a clean person and would enjoy living with someone who also respects having a clean and comfortable space.
