It has its own bathroom only sharing toilet with home owner on ocation , shower is for tenants only also has its own tv and bed very up to date room , the area is close to almost everything like stores , restaurants ext. Nieghborhood is very quiet and friendly

About the roomies

Living on property only mom and daughter, Moms boyfriend comes to visit daly but does not sleep over other then that has very little company that comes over

Mom is self employed works monday - friday
Kid goes to school durning the week and with dad on weekends
Have a very fun dog that likes to play alot and very trainded .
I love to have my home very clean and organized at all times.
Also have an extra refrigeator with freezer in the garage for tenant .
