Great location. Walking distance from Papago Park, a yoga studio, a couple gyms, bars, and restaurants. Biking distance to Tempe Town Lake. It’s about a ten minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Tempe and a twenty minute drive to downtown Phoenix. Easy access to highway 101 and 202. On three bus routes.

I’m a single working 9-5 professional with a super sweet two year old pup. We’re easy goin, pretty tidy, and generally quiet. I’m more of the progressive bookish artistic type, very gay. I work from home two days a week, from the office three. I take good care of myself, my space, and my people. Happy to connect over Instagram to scope each other out.

I’m looking for someone to help me finish my lease, which is up at the end of June. We could potentially renew for another year but only if we vibe.
