Hello, my name is Halle and my three housemates and I will have an open room come March so we are looking for a fifth roommate. We’re hoping to get someone who can at least stay until August. Quick room/house info: you’ll be sharing a fairly big bathroom with 2 others Right now its 2 girls and 2 guys in the house (I promise the 2 guys we do have are respectful!) We’re kinda close to SDSU, with ample street parking Bedroom is an average size and you share a hallway with the two housemates and bathroom (shown in picture)! The price of the room is $900 plus utilities (SDGE/Water/Internet) vary but combined usually isn’t more than $100 so I think it’s safe to say $1,000/month would likely be your total! There’s no AC/Heating just a heads up!

We all work full time, age 27-29, so m-f we’re typically out of the house by 730am and asleep by 10PM. We all get along really well and watch movies in the living room together every now and then. All of us are tolerant people and LGBTQ friendly! We’ve got a 9 yo maltipoo in the house so we can’t accept other pets per the landlord! Myself and another housemate have lived here for a few years now and have known eachother for a decade- this is to say we’ve been around the block a few times with housemates and ideally we want someone who is:

Clean - (not just pick up after yourself but maintain cleanliness in the shared spaces/respect the house)

Mature - (if you have issues with other roommates talk to them! We’re all good at handling criticism and recommendations here and it allows us to live more harmoniously when we discuss any issues)

On time- we don’t do late rent so if you don’t have your money right don’t inquire! I know the above may sound intense but I’ve done this before and want to set everything straight to hopefully invite the right person in!
