Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 Bed/1 Bath apartment in Manayunk that I just got approval for. It is newly renovated, pet-friendly, and close to Main St as well as the train. It has an in-unit washer/dryer and water is included. There is also first come first serve parking included. Rent is $850/month per person and move-in day is set for February 17th. You will have to submit an application to the landlord to be added to the lease. No subleasing allowed.
