Great modern private room (about 10’ x 12’) of a recently renovated unit in the Island Club Apt Community, with a private covered parking space, and is steps away from the Pool and Jacuzzi. There’s an in-unit medium/large sized Washer & Dryer, with additional coin laundry in the complex a few steps away as well. Most main furniture is included in common areas. The private room is across from the shared full bathroom. It also has a decent-sized mirrored sliding door closet and a large window that lets in a good amount of light during the day.

New kitchens and bathrooms with white quartz countertops, soft-close designer cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl wood flooring. The community is pet friendly, smoke-free, and features three swimming pools, and a fitness center.

Looking for a roommate to fill the spare bedroom in the unit since my existing roommates will be moving out soon. I will be the only other tenant sharing the apartment. The current lease goes until May/2025 which would be ideal, but willing to discuss shorter-term options if necessary.

I’m a 28-year-old male who has been living in San Diego for the past 10 years, and in Oceanside for the past 6. I’m quite responsible, respectful, and fairly clean, and try and keep a relaxed and positive attitude. I’m pretty nerdy and a gamer (PS5 & Switch + occasional tabletop gaming), but I also enjoy going out and enjoying good food, plus other new & exciting places around San Diego. I have a 7-year-old black cat named Ashton, who’s super small and one of the friendliest cats you’ll ever meet!

I’m a working professional at a local Mira Mar-based Organic Juice Manufacturing Company, Sol-ti, working a hybrid schedule. Additionally, during the week I practice and teach Martial Arts (Kung Fu) at White Dragon Martial Arts, which I’ve been doing for the past 6 years.
