Northeast 7th Street

We have amenities such as a gym, a basketball court, a pool and hot tub. Our leasing office also likes to plan things for the community, such as a halloween party. The room has it’s own bathroom, and it’s own private balcony. The apartment itself has spacious living areas.

My brother is moving to Japan and we have a room open in April til the end of May. We are open for discussion of just renewing this lease here. If you want short term, then that would be okay as well because eventually my fiance and I want to downsize. Currently, it is me and my fiance living together. I’m 22 and he is 20. Looking for people probably near our age. We do currently have 2 dogs here and cannot accept anyone with other pets. My fiance and I work noc shift, and we like to sleep during the day when possible. He is a data center tech and I am a CNA. We do drink occasionally, and we share chores. I also cook for everyone in the household typically and we like to plan 1 day a week where we go out to a new restaurant together as roommates. You are not obligated to do this though, we are all just family here. Our lease currently ends on May 31st but we are wanting to stay in the same complex. We can extend this lease, or if you’re wanting a short stay, please inquire!
