Room 2 includes a 42“ smart TV, Full size bed, mattress protector, nightstand, Chest of drawers, desk with chair, private bathroom, linen closet storage, (2) clear storage bins for seasonal basement storage, shelf in basement, room air purifier, laundry basket, storage bag under bed.

The room has plenty of natural sunlight and has light filtering blinds and thermal/room darkening curtains.

Please note******* This property DOES NOT ALLOW: · guests during quiet hours (quiet hours are Sun-Thurs 10pm-8am and Fri-Sat and Holidays 11pm-8am); · smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind on the property; · Any activities considered illegal by the federal government.

THE HOUSE DESCRIPTION The house is approximately 2000 Sq. Ft. with washer/dryer, dishwasher, street parking, and backyard for entertaining, grill, and fire pit. Located off Duke Street.

It is 2.3 miles East of Old Town Alexandria, 4.7 miles to the Pentagon, 16 miles to Andrews AFB, and 16 miles to Fort Belvoir. Approximates 2 1/2 miles away from 395/495. There are several metro buses within walking distance. Closest metro is King Street (Yellow/blue) at 2.3 miles.

You will have access to all common area and outdoors with some storage in the basement.

THE OWNER is a black, gay, attorney who works for the federal government as a Senior Program Analyst. I am an army veteran who uses house hacking to make extra money to remodel my homes and to travel.

I have been renting rooms in my various homes to military members and others for over 23 years and I take pride in the services that I offer. I own two properties and rent out my condo. I believe in your privacy and ask that you respect mine. I am pretty laid back and the home does have quiet hours and restricts visitors during the quiet. The housemates have access to the whole home and limited access to the basement.

Housemate is responsible for keeping the common areas clean.
