Ashley's room

Hello, I am looking for a responsible tenant to occupy an open room. The last tenant was wonderful and was able to find a place of their own. I have parking space in the front yard and am working on clearing up the garage to allow parking in there too. It is a two-story house and the room listed is on the second floor on the opposite end of the other occupants. I am ideally looking for someone who is employed and/or full-time at school. Mostly someone who will be able to provide not only proof of income but also a couple of references. As of now, no couples and other pet owners, thank you.

I am the daughter of the homeowner, I’m only helping my mother find a tenant. The owner works part-time and likes to do a few renovations to keep the house in shape. She has a small dog that is friendly and pretty old. Her nephew is staying with her for a few months till he gets his place.
