Located in the heart of the city on Parsons and Stanyan, only a one minute walk to USF and golden gate park. 5 and 33 bus stop located up the street as well. As a 20 year old woman new to San Francisco, this apartment was the best thing that has ever happened to me. It made me excited to think that I had the city at my fingertips. Having the option to hop on the 5 and head into union square or go for a quick 15 minute walk to Haight and Ashbury was a dream come true. The largest bedroom out of the three listed, includes two built in closets and a large bay window. The hardwood floors have just been redone and each room is fully furnished with a mattress and bed frame along with a desk and dresser. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with working appliances and 1 and 1/2 bath including a bathtub. the largest room being $1300 and the room located next to the kitchen being $1100. Utilities are included :3
