Fully furnished with a full-sized bed, large desk, and small bedside table. There is also a walk-in closet. Mini-fridge and TV upon request. You would share an upstairs bathroom, and one guest bathroom downstairs. The total apt. size is 1,140 sq. ft.

~7 min walk to Cal Poly Campus, ~1.5 miles from downtown SLO. Housemates are all friendly 20-24 y.o. female undergrad students, leaving during the summer months. You would take over the remainder of my lease, ending July 31, 2024.

Rent is ~$1300/month, but I’m happy to work with you to lower the cost. Utilities included! We have wifi, garbage services, an on-site maintenance team, air conditioning/heating. Pay per load washer/dryer units are on premises. Heated pool and 24 hour gym available to residents. Time available: April 2024 through July 2024. Flexible move-in times :)

Three roommates, all female undergrads! M is quite laid-back and enjoys cooking and conversation. C is quiet, academically-driven, and kind. Our third housemate, E, is hardworking and funny. She’s always able to keep a good vibe going. Usually, we’re in/out of the house at different times, so interact only on occasion– but nonetheless, we all contribute to keeping the area clean and happy.
