Also, washer & dryer (inside unit) 10 minutes away from Ontario Mills Mall. Also there’s a target nearby, Smart & Final ,Walmart, grocery outlet, stater bros.

We are 2 young responsible adults, we like to go out as much as staying in. We’re in our trying to make it era lol so we’ll both be very busy with work. Someone that also has a full time job is preferred. We’re seeking a roomate that’s not just a roomate but also a friend as we do not wish to live with a stranger. We want to live with a responsible human being of good nature. Someone who pays rent on time, is respectful, consistent, aware, considerate & mature. We want to live in a harmonious environment with good energy & clear communication. A safe & clean space without any awkward energy. This candidate must be clean, someone whom can pull their own weight, be able to contribute & do their part. Must be quite within reason, full disclosure if you’re a hardcore gamer this will not be a good fit.
