I am looking for a roommate to split a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment for the months of feb-april, after which point you have the option to take over the lease or we can discuss a new lease together. I am also open to pro-rating the feb rent if you decided to come in halfway through. This apartment is in the Birch Hill Apartment complex in Asheville. It is in a private area with its own parking lot, large salt water pool, pool house with games and conference rooms, a gym, mailroom, and even a dog washing station. Management has a dedicated maintenance crew that is timely and professional. It is a brand new complex and I am the first tenant in this apartment. There is central air, fast internet, in unit washer/dryer (I own), large balcony, and a spacious living area. The bedroom is unfurnished, but you are welcome to use anything in the living space such as dishes, pots/pans, appliances, furniture, etc. Pets are welcome! The rent is $1050 plus utilities (about another 120-150 depending on the electric bill).

I am a 30 year old male, I work full time in EMS and am also in paramedic school full time, so frankly I am not around much and even when I am, I am holed up in my room studying. I love to eat and am an excellent cook so I am always down for group meals or just hanging out!
