This is a beautiful house located super close to campus (about a 3 minute walk to campus). A block away from Monroe street so lots of restaurants nearby. Also super close to Fred Meyer (0.4 miles or a 10 minute walk). This is a pet friendly house. We currently have 2 friendly dogs here, and we would be willing to consider another dog with an additional $25 pet rent per month (no cats!). This house is furnished and we have a fenced backyard. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Bathroom would be shared with our other roommate who is male. We also have one parking spot available if you have a car! This would be a month to month lease, but we are looking for someone who would be staying more long term (at least a year). Also utilities are around $70-$100 per month, but prices can vary depending on the season.

My name is Tiffany and I’m a senior undergrad at OSU as a Biohealth Science major. I am pretty quiet, but I do enjoy hanging out from time to time! My boyfriend and I share a room. His name is Isaiah. He usually likes to workout or play video games. Our other roommate, Bryce, usually works or hangs out in his room, but he is also a student at OSU and likes playing video games! We are all really chill people, so we are hoping to find someone that will fit with that vibe, but also someone who is responsible and communicates well. Also being pet friendly is a plus because our dogs love people!
