Beautiful clean home to share with active female/male. Gated community just minutes from shopping, restaurants, downtown Lincoln and Thunder Valley Casino. The home is well kept, clean and energy efficient. The room has its own private bathroom. Maid services once a month for deep cleaning bathrooms & kitchen and gardeners (price included in monthly rent).

Move in requirements are as follows; *Security Deposit (partially refundable upon move out contingent on condition of room), *First Month & Last Month rent (non-refundable), and *Thorough background check which includes, employment & rental verification. You will have access to the clubhouse with state of the art gym, pool and many other amenities. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I am an active female. Energetic and genuine hearted. I do not smoke but drink occasionally. I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with friends & family, all genres of music, and travel. I am a responsible and excellent communicator. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Absolutely zero drama.
