Beautiful home located in the great peaceful community, on the water. There is plenty of fish, and beautiful nature around.

The house is one level rancher with one space free parking at the front of the house, and a boat dock access at its backyard.

Guess has access to common house areas, such as kitchen, shared bathroom, living room with a big screen TV, outside porch and boat dock (extra charge)

During your stay: I am always available by phone (call or text), and will be meeting some guests in person (depending on my work schedule)

Kindly ask for no loud parties, disturbing to the neighbors.
