Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate in our 3bed/3bath apartment in the park slope/gowanus area. It has an in unit washer/dryer and you would get your own private bath.

We are looking to fill the room in the photo. Must have good credit/income and guarantors are welcome!

Rent would be $1200/month, water included. All other utilites (wifi + electric) would be separate. Room will come unfurnished Subleasers welcome! Looking for someone to move in mid-feb. Open to small dogs, no cats as my roommate and I are both allergic.
