Hello, this listing is for a private floor/upstairs loft that comes with it’s own room, bathroom, and living space that can easily accommodate couches, tv and more. It’s unfurnished, so feel free to bring you own things and decorations. It’s like it’s own apartment but also with access to the rest of the house including large kitchen, basement, washer/dryer, hot tub, and optional garage parking. The house is in an awesome location with easy access to the airport, I-70, and walking distance to a bunch of stores like Sprouts, a cafe/bakery, and a liquor store.
