Amy's room

I have a room available in a 3 bedroom home, located just 6 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, TN and UTC. The space is clean and quiet, and located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. All basic appliances are included, as well as a washer/dryer. The house is furnished (besides the available bedroom) and has a fenced in backyard. Utilities run from $100-$150 a month, so with rent the total would be around $700-$750.

I am a full time teacher, and my roommate is a full time UTC student. Because we stay pretty busy, the space is quiet. I have 3 adult dogs that are all super sweet and get along with other dogs. No cats though. We are looking for someone with stable income and who is willing to contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces (we alternate cleaning tasks). We would prefer someone who wants to be added to the lease which ends in September. Shorter term is available as long as we can have a written agreement to protect both parities (regarding rent and finding someone to take the room upon departure).
