Home is well-maintained, clean, and organized. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, 1 office, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath. First floor includes full kitchen, living room, office, and the room that is available for rent. Second floor includes a laundry, loft with 150“ projector and remaining 3 rooms. Backyard is open and spacious great for peace and quiet relaxation.
The room for rent includes a private bathroom. Utilities included and room is fully furnished with queen-sized bed and mini refrigerator.
Cyan Park is a mere walking distance away from the house with a great open field, walking/running path, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, dog park, and other outdoor amenities. Mount Rose Ski Tahoe is a 30 minute drive and Kings Beach North Lake Tahoe is a 45 minute drive.
About the roomies
Home is shared with 3 quiet, respectful professionals. All spaces are shared except for designated rooms and respective bathrooms for other room-mates.
We are looking for students, traveling nurses or professionals who are respectful and ready to move in! furnitures and amenities included.
