Randall's room

I have one bedroom available for rent in my home in the Cimarron Hills area. Except for the bedrooms, this is basically a whole-house sharing situation, including living room, kitchen/dining room, laundry and garden with covered deck and a great view of the peak. The yard is small and not fully fenced so additional dogs could be problematic; let’s discuss. Cats are not really an option as we are allergic to them. This is no-smoking home, both inside and out. Each of us has a private bedroom. I have my own bathroom. My tenants share a bath; so far, that has never been an issue.

In lieu of a security deposit, I do require first and last month’s rent in advance.

You would be sharing the house with me (63M), my big goof of a dog, and another roommate who is in his early 30’s, clean, quiet and works full-time outside the home. We are both pretty quiet, keep-to-ourselves kind of guys, but enjoy chatting and spending time with others. On the whole, we are pretty easy to get along with. We would prefer roommates of similar temperaments; if you are looking for a party house, you’re gonna be disappointed.
