Jessica's room

Close to 44, quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and dresser but I can remove them. There is a half bath downstairs that has lots of storage and can be solely the roommates, shared shower/bathtub.

There’s a small patio outside.

I’m quiet and clean. I have one cat and I work full time as a teacher. I have a niece and nephew who visit but other than that very introverted. I don’t smoke and drink very minimally. I would love to find a roommate who would be interested in healthy meal prep together to save money on food costs.
