Sheryll's room

We have a spacious suite for rent. This space is very large and has beautiful bay windows that give the suite wonderful natural light. The suite comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk area, closet space, tall chest of drawers, and a seating area with a love seat and coffee table. This space has wall to wall carpeting and a ceiling fan. This suite also comes with a mini fridge and microwave. This unit is very close to the So-fi Stadium, Kia Forum, Hollywood Park Casino and the new Intuit Dome for the Los Angeles Clippers. We are minutes away from LAX and Southern California most spectacular beaches and entertainment. This suite is in a shared space environment which means our expectation is that all occupants respect the house at all times and respect one another. Common spaces are shared including the living room and bathroom. This is a no smoking property. This means there will be no smoking or vaping or anything. No pet allowed. No Couples, only one occupant. All utilities will be shared.
We may also have a second room for rent, not as big as the suite but the room has a four post king size bed and all the above amenities.

Current Tenant on site is very quiet and clean. We has a full time job and is very respectful.
