Hi I’m currently looking for a roommate to take over my place at my apartment complex due to having to move back home for personal family reasons. The only extra real cost would be for electric which would usually be about 75/month. The place is extremely close to Parmer lane and located on Ronald Reagan, as well as only 5 minutes away from an heb and a Walmart. It’s also extremely close to the local hospital (cedar park regional medical center). The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. You would have your own bathroom although it would not be connected. Your room would be next to the laundry area, and the bathroom would be on the opposite side of that laundry area. The complex does not allow subletting but the person who would apply to be the new tenant would have to be a new applicant, meaning you will have to pay an app fee and pass a background and credit check, as well as prove that you can afford the rent with paystubs. Some things to know about those photos: •The girl who’s giving the peace sign is the roommate •the kitchen looks like the one in the photo except it’s also got a bar right in front of the sink that you can put things on •the bathroom looks just like that except the cabinets are not there, but rather there’s an extra mirror on the wall to the right of the door that acts as a medicine cabinet

The roommate is super nice and keeps to herself. She also owns two big dogs, but they are super well-behaved and will get used to you within a couple hours. They are usually crated until they get used to the people in the area.
