Can be a double room if you have a friend, or a spacious single. It’s a beautiful apartment complex with two beautiful, big pools surrounded by palm trees, grills, hammocks and fire pits. Since August 2023, we got a brand new couch, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and living room chair, they have repainted the entire exterior of the building, and updated and refurbished the common areas. The new management has been great. It’s in the La Mesa/College Area which is only 20 minutes from many popular places including: Downtown, Hillcrest, Point Loma, Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It’s also 5 minutes from SDSU and there are shuttles that runs to and from campus every 15 minutes. There is never unavoidable traffic to/from/around the campus. The room and private bathroom are 400 sq ft and a nice layout. A/C is great. Pin-entry door lock and a deadbolt. Island kitchen. The apartment has a great balcony which stores the washer and dryer behind a door. The neighbors are great, have never made a disturbance. I colored the room in pink on the graphic and pointed out the hallway leading to the door in red.

The roommates are all nice, considerate, respectful, clean, fun, nice and inviting. There are three roommates. They are all college students aged 20 to 24. There are never issues with cleanliness, chores, or general house keeping. They enjoy going to the beach, grabbing coffee, going to farmers markets, having friends over occasionally, and going to concerts. We have never had any problems or had to talk about any disagreement/request twice.
