This is a 4B4b with 4 total people. Each person gets a private room and private bathroom. The rooms available are the two on the left side of the floor plan picture. Utilities are $55/month flat rate.
Leases are individual, so your money goes straight to Sol—you don’t have to worry about other people touching your money or about people not paying rent.
Lease is September 2024-August 2025.
Side note: the rooms are pretty big and the bathrooms are spacious—so they aren’t skimping on size.
About the roomies
I am quiet and considerate. I’m pretty introverted but still have a good sense of humor. I am very responsible and value academics.
I am fine with occasional hosting, but please no smoking in the common areas due to smell. I don’t really partake in 420/alcohol as I’m pretty busy.
I am looking for quiet housemates as I value my sleep!
