Kelly's room

The room has two walls to the outside, two windows, a twin size bed with adjustable base dresser, television with streaming, and an armoire. Hardwood floors throughout. Shared bathroom living room and kitchen. Beautiful curb appeal, and a backyard that I fill with flowers every year. I am still clearing out the room so all that will remain was listed above.

There will be one other roommate, owner occupies furnished basement. There is one small dog, a Chihuahua Maltese mix who is under 10 pounds and a large Maine coon cat who is about 20 pounds. I work long days and I wake up early for work. This is a very quiet house in a very quiet neighborhood. Partiers, drug users, smokers, and weapon aficionados need not apply.
