The room has two walls to the outside, two windows, a full size bed with dresser, television with streaming, mini fridge, locking door, and an armoire. Hardwood floors throughout. Shared bathroom living room and kitchen. Beautiful curb appeal, and a backyard that fills with flowers every year.

There will be an other roommate and the owner occupies furnished basement. There is one small dog, a Chihuahua Maltese mix who is under 10 pounds, two relatively quiet parakeets, and a large Maine coon cat who is about 18 pounds (who spends most of her time in the basement). I work long days in special education and I wake up early for work. This is a calm house in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

We keep a clean but not sterile home environment. It’s comfortable. I’m sorry but I don’t have space to rent to a couple. The house was built in the 50’s so kitchen and bathroom space is limited. An armoire is provided in the room for you to store kitchen supplies.
