About the room
I am looking for a roommate (Gay MALE) to share my apartment with someone responsible, with a steady job, easy going, clean and respectful. The apartment and room is fully furnished, so you just have to bring your personal belongings. It will be available to move in March 1st, 2024 and ideally would like someone for short term (1-3 months but flexible).
RENT: The rent is $1400/per month (its required to move in one month in advance + security deposit =$2800.00). Basic utilities included (electricity and Internet).
I am a 41years of old professional class guy, Gay, who works from home 90% of the time, live a healthy lifestyle and very social.
Amenities: • New building in the heart of Harlem • 850 square feet • Laundry room • Roof Deck • Subway station right on the corner (2 or 3 Train) • Convenience stores on the block and around the area • 5 blocks away from Central Park • Elevator • Cherry wood floors • Closet in the room and another for sharing on the hall way
