The room is a great size room- roommate can choose between one of two rooms available. Located in good neighborhood, close to 4th Ave Gym and Walmart. (What more could you want👀). Laundry will be available inside as well as kitchen, internet, shared living space.

I’m active duty 36 yr old female, just moving in new to the area and home. lm just looking for a normal, down to earth with no drama- respectable, clean roommate. No pets allowed or couples, however as long as courtesies and respect is maintained, overnight guests are welcome.
