The room comes with a mounted flat screen smart 50“Tv. The living room is fully furnished as well with a mounted 70“ inch smart tv. We live 1 block from Crest Lake Park in Clearwater and laid back people. No smoking nicotine inside the home unless it’s vape but cannabis is fine to smoke inside☺️We require proof of income… Contact me to set up a time to view the home.
