The third bedroom is rented by a clean living 20-year-old male University of Washington student. Looking for 2 roommates to share the home with. Must be clean living, no drugs and not older than 24 years of age. The two rooms for rent will share a full updated bathroom. Lovely back deck and garden, barbeque, and fire-pit. Rent is inclusive of a cleaner every other week, garden service and all utilities.

Renters insurance is required. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
