I have a bedroom available, PRICE INCLUDES: water, electricity, gas, and WiFi. Laundry room in home available for use. Security deposit will be refunded at end of stay assuming there is no damage to walls, carpet.

I work full time as a Federal Employee, and I telework 2 days out of the week. I am fun and very open minded. I love to laugh and love socializing. When I’m not home I love to meet up with my girlfriends or hang out at the local bars. all I ask is that my home and property are respected. No leaving dishes out on the counter, dishes should be washed same day they are used. no hands all over the walls, no red juice or other beverages or food in the rooms that will stain the carpet. Maintain the common areas; no shoes allowed past the main entrance, if food or beverages are spilled inside the refrigerator, clean it up immediately, and No leftovers past 3 days. I tend to hang out late sometimes, so I am not opposed to others coming in at late hours. I just ask to be quiet about it. I also don’t mind loud music as long as it is not while I am working in my office, or watching something and can’t hear the television. Absolutely no drugs are allowed. If you smoke Marijuana, I ask to keep it outside my home at all times as I am a federal employee and its legalization does not apply to me. Company is welcome, but I don’t expect 5-10 ppl in my house.
