-Beautifully updated garage apartment with separate entrance from main house. -Centrally located near airport, North Star Mall, the Quarry and is a short distance from the medical center and downtown

• Spacious area with Queen sized bed and private bathroom/ kitchenette -Also has couch that can convert to full size bed -Only shared space is laundry room with owners of the home (Myself, my husband and a roommate), we stay in the upstairs area where the main house is -All spaces pictured are completely private -Lovely space for individuals or couples -Pets allowed with permission from homeowners -Street parking available

-My husband and I own the house and live here along with a close friend of ours. -I am a physical therapist who works M-F 8-5 and my husband is a nurse who works 12 noon to 12am. -Our roommate works for an insurance company M-F 7-4 and occasionally works from home -All in late 20’s -respectful of the property and others -we have a cat who will stay upstairs
