Hello, I am renting a room in Fallbrook for $750. No drugs, alcohol, or parties allowed in the house. We also don’t allow any pets. We have carpet in the house, so we take off our shoes inside the house. House is quiet and not much activity goes on. If you are looking for a clean place to rest after work this might be for you. Bathroom is shared with another person.Utilities are split in equal ways (3-4 individuals). Room will be available on 3/1/2024.
