Wi-Fi $27/month Electric (varies by usage) around $50-$60/month Water (varies by usage) around $60-$70/quarter

Must be able to stay at least 4 months until April 30, 2025

The master bedroom with private bathroom is also available for furnished/unfurnished utilities included for this room only

I am black from NY, recently moved from Atlanta. The owner is Venezuelan and bilingual who relocated a few years ago from North Carolina. We both work from home, though the owner comes and goes so I’m usually here majority of the time. I like clean spaces and the owner wishes everyone to be respectful. We notify each other via group chat when we have guests coming over. We ask that your guests respect our house rules as well. We rotate the cleaning schedule and are open to accommodating roomies lifestyles once communicated.

Shared bathroom

1. Daily Clean the bathtub after you use it so it’s clean for the next person. No hair, sand, debris of any kind, etc.
2. ⁠Daily clean the sink after you use it so it’s clean for the next person. No toothpaste, mouthwash, hair, no debris, etc.
3. ⁠Pick up hair and any garbage off the floor before you exit the bathroom
4. ⁠Biweekly rotation to sweep and mop the floors, clean the toilet including the bottom, and clean the bathroom mirror.
5. ⁠Take out the garbage when it’s full. Whenever it’s full
