This is a spacious room with a bay window, available for rent in our newly built house from last April. Since the house is a recent construction it has new energy-efficient appliances and solar panels which substantially lowers utility costs. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and the majority of cooking utensils, so you don’t need to bring your own.

For added convenience, we have a cleaning service that comes every two weeks to maintain the bathrooms and all common areas, ensuring a comfortable and tidy living space for everyone.

Just a street over, you’ll find a park and a running trail. We’re also conveniently close to a bunch of shopping and dining including Target, Sprouts, 24hr Fitness, In-n-Out, Chick-fil-A, and Chipotle, along with three hospitals and a bunch of little shops. It’s ideal for young professionals, offering both the tranquility of a residential area, the 15-minute commute to DOCO, and the convenience of nearby amenities.

I’m Joe, a software engineer. Currently, I share this home with three women, all of us young professionals in our respective fields. We’ve fostered a friendly atmosphere and have become good friends. My work is remote, so I’m usually in my room during the day, focused on my projects. My housemates, with their shifting schedules, typically work during the day as well. We don’t have any pets in the common areas, though one roommate has two gerbils that stay in her room.
