Hi Check it out A Big House Big rooms. I have a Unique Historic Single home in Mohnton Outside of Reading. Wooded area quiet and safe . Only 10 minutes from Reading Hospital With Off street parking. Easy access 222, 724 & 422,& turnpike 1 mile off Lancaster Ave. Easy access to a lot of stuff I don’t like alcohol or hard drugs but cannabis friendly. Common courtesy, respect for each other’s privacy & cleanup after yourself. Is a MUST I can negotiate the price a little for help around my house. Ok 1 room is rented I I still have a nice room 15x 15 There is a park right down the street with a walking trail aside a nice stream.Very Peaceful!! You have to see it to appreciate!!

Adult Man. I like to ride my Harley often. And Enjoy Life i am quiet, easygoing, neat & laid back I like calm !!! NO Drama Needed here. There is a Big porch to chill And a grill in the yard I am very honest and respectful of others I expect the same from roommate.
