About the room
We are located a few blocks off of 42nd and Killingsworth:
The House is amazingly secluded: we are on a very long 150 ft driveway shared with one other neighbor so there is no foot traffic or random passerbyes whatsoever. Fortunately it is also a quiet area and we have off-street parking.
Some highlights of the house
- great front yard with rosemary, sage, 2 plum trees, blue blossoms, butterfly bush and some other fun trees
- big fire pit
- raised veggie beds (x2)
- grill
- covered concrete area which is useable as a workspace, with outdoor storage
- dog run in the back
- 7βx20β concrete area in the back, often used for drying paint projects (largely unused)
- The kitchen is sizable and shared in a respectful manner
We try to be mindful of efficiency and ecological impact with the way we operate (i.e. sustainable), and hopefully this is a value you share too!
We split water and electric: Utilities are around $100 in addition to the rent. There is a $800 refundable deposit, and the owner (who is the landlord) is awesome.

Sorry no more pets! We have one dog living here and cannot accept any others.
