There’s a kitchen, living room and dining room as well as washer/dryer. Situated in residential Deanwood, a block away from the Orange line (13 mins to Capitol Hill), a few blocks from 50/295. Walking distance to a Safeway, CVS and various other stores. The street is very quiet, mostly long time DC families. There’s a large park across from the house as well as a lot adjacent that deer like to come hang out sometimes. They’re very friendly and I’ve fed them a couple times :)

It’s just me! I’m not home much and when I am I’m either in the basement reading or playing my Switch. Sometimes you can catch me cooking and I’m always happy to share what I have! I’m a Black female academic who does remote research at Tufts. Originally from Chicago.
