Lindsay's room

This 3 bedroom apartment is on the second floor near the post office in Roslindale. Beautiful new building with an in-unit washer dryer and lots of natural light. Luxury style kitchen and bathroom but not a luxury price. Less than a five minute walk to the bus stop, commuter rail, library, and Rozzy square. Apartment cones with one parking spot (which I’m not using) but street parking is usually available too. The master bedroom is available and so is a smaller bedroom. My current roommates are a couple, so they sleep in the master bedroom and use the small bedroom for extra storage/guests. I’m open to that situation again, but we can change it up too. Prices depend on what we decide is fair/based on if a couple or two separate roomies end up joining. Great neighbors. Occasionally some traffic noise leaks through the windows, but otherwise the walls are thick. We have AC, heat, and a microwave so fancy it surprises me still. I need to take more recent pictures (this is not our furniture) but here’s a place holder for now. When my roommates move out, they will take the couch.

I’m quiet, respectful, and independent, but also open to making new friends. I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m usually in bed by 10 most nights. My hobbies include baking (hope you like chocolate!), writing, reading, and traveling. I moved to Boston to help lead a program that helps immigrants and refugees learn English and connect to local communities. I believe home should be a place to relax and unwind, so I like to keep things calm, clean, and peaceful.
