Extra storage in basement and detached garage. Full kitchen with great dining nook with window seat. Gets lots of light. Cozy living room with fireplace. Guest room has large closet, Roku TV, and blackout curtains to sleep during the day, if needed. Shared bathroom is spacious and clean. Host lives in house with adorable Blue Heeler dog named Sapphire. Unfortunately, she loves people, but not other pets. Just miles to OHSU! and blocks from Interstate 5. Easy to get anywhere in Portland! Neighborhood is quiet with tree-lined streets and close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Great hiking trails and parks close by as well. I am planning to build a great garden this Spring with outdoor space to dine and relax (hammock, BBQ, fire pit etc.) In the process of creating a little home theater (real theater seats and projector) and an art studio in the basement, that you are welcome to use! Lots of board games and puzzles as well.
