Near downtown Sandy Springs, and right near the Chattahoochee and parks, publix is 5 minutes away, 2 to 3 minute drive to marta bus line sheltered stop etc. 1 outdoor parking spot assigned for you, no garage. All inclusive of power, gas, water and internet. Just looking for 1 person and no pets please as I’ll have a small under 30lb doggie soon, I’m house proud, clean and quiet. House will be cleaned by me, I just ask that you keep your bedroom and bathroom clean and do your own dishes and laundry, to please clean up after yourself. 😃 Bedroom was freshly painted in Tidewater blue 1st week in March. Assigned kitchen spaces for our own groceries so we’re both comfortable with the sharing of common spaces. Thank you. 😊
