Alexander's room

I am in a 3/2 house with garage and backyard in Mt Dora in a nice neighborhood that is minutes away from food, gym, entertainment, etc. Full rent is $2000 a month plus utilities but your half is $1000 obviously plus half of utilities unless there is a 2nd person then $650 plus utilities. There are 2 rooms being offered but 1 person can have an office/personal space of your choosing if they desire. You have your own bathroom unless another roommate is chosen then you will have to share. I’d prefer one roommate or a couple.

I am an extrovert introvert geek who likes football and video games. I keep to myself mainly but always up for conversation and mutual activities. I like clean and quiet. I would like to keep common areas clean, wash your dishes, and respect other people’s belongings and space. I work odd hours and days so sometimes I sleep during the day and I’m up at night. I’m friendly and trustworthy.
