I’m renting out one of my bedrooms in beautiful millennia Blvd, Chula Vista, not too far from Otay Ranch mall. It’s a private room with private bath in a tri-level condo. I can do short term leases. Rent includes utilities, access to an outdoor pool, & in unit washer/dryer. If you’re a foodie, you’re in luck because you’ll literally be walking distance from various restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Same for shopaholics because you’re walking distance from a newly built shopping center. For those who work out often, there are various parks and gyms less than 10-15mins away.
