This is a senior housing place. My apartment is on the 8th floor(top). Across from laundry room and refuse. So no need to walk far for that. The parking on the other hand is always first come first serve. You will need to apply with the building and they will run a background check on you. They will also need proof of employment. Also you may bring your own furniture if you would like, what’s there can be removed
I am a very very very clean person.(don’t be surprised if I’m like Monica on friends).. I do not expect you to be a clean as I am, so I will do most of the cleaning as long as you clean up after yourself. I own 2 female chihuahuas. 1 is a love the other not so much. I own a housecleaning business with my son and hope to work as a school bus monitor. I’m usually going insane with dogs most of the time. Other than that I’m chill or outside if it’s warm
